Unfortunately its not resolved but I got less time these days for this issue. One thing I remarked: another user which has only shopmanager permission doesn’t face this issue. But maybe its because inbox appears only for admins…
on the current site there is noch change whether I clear all caches or reset these settings. on another sub site I activated WC and it there is no error at this state of installation

Hmm, just one subdomain of the multisite installation is a woocommerce shop. Is it really a good idea to activate woocomerce on one of the non-shop sites?
