You might try saving the PowerPoint file as a PowerPoint Show (ppsx) and then try the Google Doc Embedder plugin. Once that plugin is installed and activated, you can upload the PPS into the Media Library and test it by inserting it into a page.
Have not done that myself but it looks like it might be a good option. Be sure to read over all the plugin details. Good luck!
