Thanks @threadi, unfortunately I do not find any FTP plugin for wordpress, it is not in the ftp files and folders of the repository – maybe since i changed the computer… /wp-admin/ interestingly gives me a different reply – it says “You do not have permission to access this page. Please log in and try again.” I assumed the host’s support team is actually ww.wp.xz.cn…
