In reply to: [Cost Calculator Builder] FATAL ERRORHi there,
Thank you for reporting this issue, and we’re sorry you’re experiencing this error.
The fatal error you’re seeing —
Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class "DOMXPath" not found...
— indicates that the DOM extension for PHP is missing or not enabled on your server. TheDOMXPathclass is part of the standard DOM extension used for parsing XML/HTML, and it’s required by the Cost Calculator Builder plugin for proper SVG sanitization. Please contact your hosting provider’s support team and ask them to enable the PHP DOM extension (also known as
php-xml) on your server.Once it’s enabled, the error should be resolved.

Hello,
Thank you for letting me know.
I checked tasks and our dev team roadmap, and there were no changes from our recent plugin updates regarding translations. Anyway, it sounds good if the issue was already resolved on your own. That is a nice coincidence at the moment

Hello,
Thank you for reaching out.
With the latest version of the theme, there shouldn’t be such issue. For example, I tested on my own testing site by editing the demo listing [screenshot]. Images uploaded and applied for the existing listing [screenshot] [screenshot].
So, make sure that you are suign the latest version of the plugin, and make sure that you are trying to upload proper images formats that your server supports. Also, try to make tests by temporarily deactivating all of your site’s extra third-party and caching plugins as well

In reply to: [Cost Calculator Builder] Cannot Save Changes To FieldsWe didn’t reproduce such a case on our testing. The issue might be due to the fact that older calculator forms were created incorrectly or lost connection with the existing elements. To resolve this, try to recreate a new form instead of editing the old form. If you want we can check the old calculator form. if you could get the server error logs that come while editing the old calculator form

You can just set the sold status for your sold listings under the WP dashboard > listings section > by editing a single listing, for example [screenshot]. The listing will be hidden from the inventory. However, regarding the Google the sold listing won’t be seen by Google, it should be checked with SEO specialists directly

Hello,
Thank you for reaching out.
When you are adding or editing quiz content, there is no need to hit the save button. The system automatically will save changes, there is no need to press the save button by default. You just need to wait some time when the system will automatically save changes. If you would like to press the save button, just go to the quiz settings board and make some changes there, after that you will be able to press the save button.

In reply to: [Cost Calculator Builder] after uptade. Minify Javascript problemHello,
Thank you for reaching out.
This is a minified file in one line, and it is correct by default. The entire code is in a single long line. Variables and function names are abbreviated. There are no indentations or line breaks. Comments and whitespaces are stripped and extremely minimal. This is typical of JavaScript files processed for production use, where modification reduces file size to improve loading speed.

Unfortunately, there is no such option in the plugin by default. You can try to use some extra free plugins to include alt for images

Thank you for reaching out.
Our site works and we didn’t receive any restrictions in general from our end [screenshot]
It could be that your browser or internet provide is blocking to reach the URL link. Try to use a VPN or check without extra browser plugins. Can you please also share from what country you are trying to visit the site?

Hello,
Thank you for reaching out, and apologies for the delayed response.
I’ve followed up on your request directly with our development team.Previously, our developers attempted to implement an update to support integration with the TranslatePress plugin. However, there were certain limitations within TranslatePress that prevented us from applying the necessary changes within the Cost Calculator plugin.
Our team will revisit this integration in the future, but please note that it may take longer than expected, as the update depends not only on our plugin but also on potential changes or flexibility from the TranslatePress side.
We appreciate your understanding and patience.
