  • @annemarie86 @blueglassinteractive we resolved the issue. since we use AWS SES for sending emails, is not allowed to use any other sender emails than from our own domain (@root360.de). However right now the plugin tries to send the notification email with the email, which the applicant filled in (could be a non existing or fake email even). when we change the sender email to <something>@root360.de everything works. IMHO the behavior is not unusual. Suggestions: what about a configuration setting where one can choose to use a custom sender email for all outgoing emails?
