“In your case you are forcing users to subscribe” would mean that CF7’s form tag generator is checked by default, wouldn’t it? But this checkbox is not set.The problem must be somewhere else.

While looking through the mails I noticed a message regarding contact imports with the following note:
“Please contact us so we can review your pending subscription and proceed”. Should I have replied to this message?
I created a new account in the hope that it works now.
