May I vote for number 4 please? This is a wonderful plugin but sorting goes a little odd on page 2. Page one lists in ascending alphabetical order for column 1, however if you go to the next page it’s suddenly in ascending alphabetical order based on column 2. I note you’re adding infinite scroll, which may either fix this or make the error more apparent.

Just fixed it after seeing another support ticket. Have a look at your plugins – one of them will be affecting the menu system. For me it was “WordPress Backup to Dropbox”. Deactivating that made the menu work again.
