I deleted the app, and all its data. then reinstalled and it worked first time.
thank you. for all your help so far.
I have managed to connect jetpack up within my wpadmin screens, although I am unsure if I am using the same account as before.
the dashboard says:
Site connected.
Connected as xxxxxxxxx (Owner) ([email protected])
However I still cannot connect up my woo commerce app on my phone.
it verifies my domain, but when it asks for credentials do I use the WordPress.com un and password? if I try it gives an error “it looks like this username/password is not associated with this site.
if it isn’t the un and password I have just used to connect jetpack to WordPress.com which is it?
I don’t have that screen shown at the beginning, with “wait for 7 days”, and “send email” how do I get to that screen?
I just have https://snipboard.io/GuzpHL.jpg
I don’t have any of my emails in the emails section it says they are all moved to automations. in automations there are no preview options.
i dont have that screen. In emails it now tells me all my emails are now in automations. They used to be in emails, but no longer. I am unsure how to add a screenshot.
thanks, that does work but does involve deactivating, and reactivating and so is about 8 clicks, when it used to be one.

Hello,
I seem to have have fixed it, 2 nights ago. I went into the the welcome email edited and saved, the same with the form, and the list. doing one of these must have fixed the issue, as then when I subscribed it sent the email, whereas before it didn’t.
thank you for looking into this, hopefully it won’t happen again.
