Any updates to this fundamental flaw? Thanks in advance.
Really? No help at all after 9 days? I understand I am using the free plugin but still…
Please could you get back? Thanks in advance.
Any feedback please?
I have tried de-activate and delete the plugin and re-install it. I have not tried rolling back WooCommerce as I assume the above error identification is a plugin issue.
Sorry for the late reply – I had replied on your “no-reply” email… dou…
Anyway – the issue seems to be that the url generated when choosing a different language (in this case English) is missing the language abbreviation (en) on shop products After website.com/en/shop there a double slash: https://website.com/en/shop//le-tribute-gin/
If I manually insert “en” it works well – https://website.com/en/shop/en/le-tribute-gin/
Can you help figure out why the plugin does not generate the correct url?
Best regards

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Shipping calculation to require zipMany thanks! That works well – however, hiding country and state, didn’t work as I then wouldn’t get any shipping options at all. So I simply used
add_filter( ‘woocommerce_shipping_calculator_enable_city’, ‘__return_false’ );
and kept the others that are pre-populated through the shipping settings.
So now users only have to input their zip code and that is exactly what I was after!
Thanks again!

Great – works well! Thanks for your support!
Ok thanks – there is now a 30 sec delay.
Appreciate your support!
I have tried that – for some reason it is only an issue when the frontpage is chosen (or all pages). I have set the timer for 10 sec now – that should give you time to see it (don’t like to increase it more as the site is active).
Until the pop up comes on, the menu doesn’t work on mobiles. Ones the popup comes up and is either filled or closed, the menu works again.
?
thanks

In reply to: [10WebSocial] Constant issues and poor customer serviceSmash Ballon has a working plugin – so it is not like it is impossible to create a workaround. I am just frustrated as I just renewed my subscription for the pro-version one week ago… so complete waste of money and your support just sent me an email saying “we hope you find a workaround – good luck”.
