Hello @subwebsites
This plugin does not manage the folder structure. WordPress handles the media organization itself.
If you are facing any issues, then please knock here with detailed.
Thank youThank you sincerely for sharing your valuable feedback and experience. 🙏
We’ve noted your suggestion about adding a feature to share media libraries across a Multisite network — it’s truly a great idea.Yes, the Category you’re seeing is registered by our plugin. Each plugin can register its own taxonomy, so this one is separate from the default WordPress categories. That’s why it appears empty initially — you’ll need to add categories under it separately.

In reply to: [Custom Post Type WooCommerce Integration] The post is not a productHi @net4earning
To make the plugin fully compatible with JetEngine features, we’ll need access to a staging site where the issue is visible. This will help us understand the setup and resolve the problem accurately.
We recommend contacting us through our website so we can proceed accordingly.
Thank you!
Thank you for your message.
We are currently on vacation, so our replies may be delayed — apologies for the inconvenience.
As for the issue you mentioned, it’s difficult to determine the exact cause without accessing the site and checking the setup ourselves. It could be related to a setting in JetEngine that may not be fully compatible, but we can’t say for sure without seeing it directly.
That’s why we usually ask users to contact us through the website, so we can investigate the issue properly.
Feel free to submit a support request through the website, and once we’re back, we’ll be happy to take a closer look and assist you further.

In reply to: [Custom Post Type WooCommerce Integration] CPT Product Info Not SavingThank you for reaching out regarding the issue you’re experiencing with saving WooCommerce product information in your custom post type (CPT) “art”.
This problem might be due to a conflict with another plugin. To troubleshoot this, please try the following steps:
- Deactivate Other Plugins: Temporarily deactivate all other plugins except WooCommerce and your custom plugin. Then, try to save the product information again. If it works, reactivate the plugins one by one to identify the conflicting plugin.
- Theme Conflict: Sometimes, themes can also cause conflicts. Switch to a default WordPress theme like ( Astra, Hello Elementor ) and check if the issue persists.
Additionally, please note that some features ( Check screenshot: https://prnt.sc/yPtmrQEorym- ), might only be available in the commercial version of the plugin. If you are using the free version, you might encounter limitations that could be resolved by upgrading.
If the issue continues after following these steps, we may need some more specific information to assist you further:
- The versions of WordPress, WooCommerce, and the custom plugin you are using.
- Any error messages you see in the browser console or server logs.
- Steps you followed before encountering the issue.
Feel free to provide this information, and we’ll do our best to help you resolve this problem.
