Sorry, the form shows. But the fields do not work for Card number, Exp and CVC.

OK, Yeah because it was working and then it stopped showing and everything on the website is up to date.

this is what Siteground said when I asked them to do it:

It is impossible to add such rules and changes on the server, unfortunately, and since Yaos is a WordPress plugin I think the correct place for such sitemaps are the files of the website and not the server.
