In my client’s case, surprisingly, the uploaded logo was causing email notifications not to be sent. Once we removed the logo, the emails started working.
At first, support sent me a version that was supposed to fix the issue, but it didn’t work. They then requested access directly to our WordPress installation, where they identified and fixed the bug.
It took a while before I was able to reach support, but once I did, they responded fairly quickly and managed to identify and resolve the issue in a relatively short time.
