Thanks for the input. When I “install”, I am only uploading the wp-content folder and replacing what is already there. The error message above is looking in wp-admin, and none of the files seem to be migrating to that directory.

I must be doing something wrong in the install since the server is Unix (powweb.com).

I have maintained all the other files in the directories… perhaps that’s my problem?
