Ah, many thanks for confirming that. It’s my client’s account so no idea what they post or who posts. I could just see posts in Insta that weren’t pulling across. Really appreciate the diligence on following up on this.
Hey and thanks for your reply.
I’ve hit the reset error log and the error has disappeared. I’m not convinced the feed is showing all the latest posts but will keep an eye on it.
Thanks for your help.I’ve worked around this by deactivating Elementor Pro and running the optimisation again. It worked and simply reactivated afterwards. Guess that solves my problem!

In reply to: [EventPrime – Events Calendar, Bookings and Tickets] Event Ticket CapacityHi support,
Thanks for the reply.
I’ve got this working now but only after a bit of creative thinking. It’s slightly fiddly to set up but will post my solution here for others.
This works for anyone wanting to set up member/non-member pricing where you have 2 different prices for the same seat and you want members to have early access so they can book their ticket ahead of non-members.
Create a Member Early Bird ticket and set this to only be visible to the member user role (created using a separate plugin). Set the ticket availability start date as relative to the event start date or pick a specific date. In my case, I had this set to 90 days prior to the event start.
Then set the ticket close date as 60 days prior to the event start.
Create a new ticket type which is visible to everyone and set the ticket price as the non-member pricing. Set the ticket availability start date as 60 days prior and the end date to your preference.
Create an offer on the ticket that is only available to the member user role and enter the member discount. Save and close.
This ensures the member ticket is available for 30 days earlier than the non-member and, after those 30 days, the early bird ticket becomes unavailable and your other ticket becomes active. This allows both members and non-members to purchase the remaining capacity at their respective prices for the next 60 days.
Hope that helps someone as it’s been bugging me for a while.Hi and thanks for your reply.
Appreciate the steer on the duplication functionality. Very useful and can confirm it also copied across tickets – very helpful!
The event repetition is down to user error! Apologies, I didn’t spot there was a limit field within the Elementor widget showing the number of events at once. All sorted now!Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [MC4WP: Mailchimp for WordPress] False Subscription Response From MailchimpThanks @lapzor, I’ve been chatting to Arne on email and have got to the bottom of this. The plugin is working fine, I had been cross-checking the error logs against Mailchimp’s Audience search feature on their website and it wasn’t returning any results. Turns out that search function doesn’t include email addresses which was my search criteria. Cross-checked against an audience export and found every single error was genuine and the audience members were already subscribed. Odd behaviour for so many existing subscribers to be trying to subscribe again which I’ll investigate but technically everything is working as it should. Appreciate yours and especially Arne’s assistance.
All resolved – was a JS minify issue.
Update on this…I’ve unticked the ‘retargeting’ options i.e. once shown don’t show again for…. and once clicked don’t show again for…. and the pop-up has started working again on Safari only. Odd as I haven’t accessed the site for some time and I had both of those retargeting options set to ‘current session’ and I hadn’t browsed to that site recently.
So, am still having issues on Chrome and Firefox which both display the console error I provided earlier.

@gspowart perfect, thank you
@gspowart thanks for commenting. Can you please confirm what version you’re running so I can roll mine back and get this working again whilst we wait for Booster to reply?
