Please try later or contact the administrator by another method.” Update after further testing: Error seems to be intermittent. Forms work (but not 100%.) May be my slow shared hosting, caching or that I have to run the plugin WP Mail Smtp – SMTP7.

On the email sign-up I have the same problem here… I get the loading graphic that spins continuously if I am logged in as admin or not, however, when I switch to another computer the subscribe form works correctly. Confirmation emails are delayed, then found in my spam folder with from address like
Where does the email from address get set?

I tried your “quick search” method, but no luck. Flex requires at least one Property Type to be selected or I get an alert. I have an email into FlexMLS so we’ll see what they say. Maybe it’s an issue with our version of Flex here in the Virgin Islands?
