for go live, the site remained on the server, we just adjusted the URL with the better search replace plugin.
I checked the db again, there is only reference found and that is in a wordfence table: https://prnt.sc/mMgL2MZRz_Yz
We also today copied the live site to a new staging, replaced all URLs, disabled all plugins except WC and PP, used the standard theme, cleared the cache, put the permalinks to standard and I tried in incognito. The issue is still the same.
Do you have any other idea? I know this is a free plugin and I cannot expect you to deeply dive into this, but maybe we can find a solution. Maybe you could also take a look e.g. at the staging site, I could give you credentials.

… as an amendment – your support helped me and solved the issue. I think this is remarkable for using a free plugin. You are outstanding!
For others facing the same issue: Creating a new field with the same field name as the field coming from the other plugin (billing_vat_id in this case) solved it. The field was recognized.

thanks for your plugin. We have the WooCommerce Product Bundles Plugin installed and are splitting this into separate orders (default method). The products each have variations.
We updated to 4.6.4. to reduce stock of the child orders. But the issue is, stock gets adjusted to 1 after an order is set to processing. Before we had stock 25 and after setting to processing, the status is 1. Can you check that?

In reply to: [NS Cloner - Site Copier] Clone to new DomainSorry, I just found the reason. Of course it is due to the define(‘SUBDOMAIN_INSTALL’, false);. I do not know why it was set to false, because all other previous site where created as Subdomains. I changed the value and all works now.

thanks for your offer but I solved it today. My Excel automatically changed the “,” into an “;” when saving the csv. I opened that in a texteditor and exchanged it back again. Then the import of 500 codes worked fine.
