In reply to: [Google Customer Reviews for WooCommerce] Plugin not working…Another thing I thought may impact your plugin is, have you tested it on a child_theme?
I also noticed you have the actual Google Customer Reviews script in your ecr-google-customer-reviews.php file. Perhaps it might be nicer to use “wp_enqueue_script”. Just a thought?

In reply to: [Google Customer Reviews for WooCommerce] Plugin not working…Hi Nate,
Thank you for the reply! 🙂
Yes the plugin is activated and hac my Google MerchantID set in the settings page, as can be seen in the screenshot below:

The reason for the question about GTM is because Google Customer Reviews says in the implementation notes that the code should come before your Google Analytics code and I was wondering if your plugin checked for this?
As you can see from merchant center Google is not picking up anything. (See screenshot below.)

I was wondering if it could be related to Cloudflare.com or perhaps the WP-Security or WP-Rocket caching plugin? I have now deactivated both so if you want to have a quick look please feel free. But seeing as this is a production environment I can’t let them be deactivated for too long.
Hope you can find something? If I can help let me know!
Cheers
Hi Thomas,
Thanks for the feedback! 🙂
The products I am seeing with no product list names are actually products that have been checked out so I am pretty sure the checkout process has been completed in the same session. Although the question is if the user had the product in there shopping basket from a previous session would the product list name be set? (I guess not? Would this be possible to implement?)

In reply to: [WP SEO Structured Data Schema] Woocommerce Product Microdata for ConditionHi Again,
Perhaps I should have been a little more specific in my original post.
We use woocommerce and currently we are getting an error in Google Merchant stating that the Microdata is missing for “Condition”.
In addition the Availability microdata for woocommerce is not showing “InStock” or “OutOfStock” but “http://shema.org/InStock”.
See the below link as an example:
Thanks for the response!
Hi Again,
Could this be caused by the fact that I have both:
ecomm_totalvalue = ecomm_totalvalue
ecomm_revenue = ecommerce.purchase.actionField.revenuein the Adword Remarketing Tag?
The reason for adding ecomm_Revenue was due to a previous recommendation from duracelltomi when trying to solve another issue?
Thanks! 🙂
I have this issue as well!
I implemented the gtm4wp.changeDetailViewEEC event I will ago based on your great advice. Unfortunately I am also just getting not set returned.Hi Joris,
Thanks for the feedback!
I have just sent you an email with a whole load of console errors. I hope this helps and gives you a little more insight into the issues we are having as soon as we activate the Product Feed Pro plugin.
If you have any other questions then feel free to reach out.
Happy Debugging…

Hi Joris,
Thanks for the feedback and explanation. I understand that creating a plugin with so many outside factors that can affect it can be hard.
I wonder if cloudflare could have an impact?
If you like I could give you access to our test environment and you can see what I mean there?
My guess is that either the cache plugin or Security settings might be the reason here. The only problem is that when I deactivate your plugin everything else works fine.
I’m happy to help so just let me know!
And again thanks for all the great work!
Hi Joris,
I understand that the primary category is the one used, that makes perfect sense.
No this is for a Google Shopping campaign.
You have category link but it would be nice if you could map the Google Product Type to the WordPress Category Name rather than a link.
I hope this makes sense?
OK… I just read that GADWP does track ecommerce. My mistake, sorry!
Unfortunately you can’t disable it in GADWP which is a shame as I like your plugins flexibility. Unfortunately we do use some of the GADWP features.
Yes we do use Google Analytics Dashboard for WP… But I was not aware that it tracked ecommerce.
Not clear on where and how to implement the JavaScript code? Sorry I’m not a developer! :/
This is really interesting… Can you be a little more specific about how to implement this?
I would be interested in doing something similar! 🙂
I can also see that Category Link Shows the correct category link, but is there not an attribute for just the name?
EG:
Category Link = abc.com/category/abc
Category Name = abcSeem to be missing an attribute for just the “category name” very useful when setting up ADword campaigns and grouping products types by category name.
Hope you can help!
OK… Just did a little more checking and it would appear the product Type is mapped to the Google Category ID.
What is the correct choice for the Primary Product(Post) Category?
