Had the exact same issue. Changed date to 1/6/2016 and now end date is working!
Deactivated and reactivated and now working Thanks.
Another issue I have found is if you only have local pickup enabled in shipping it keeps asking for shipping address on checkout so clients can not checkout!
Seeing this error on checkout also
