In reply to: [Glossary] Features vs. PriceThanks. I tried that before and it didn’t work, but this time it did. The links now work.
I hope that there are occasions for discounts on the Pro version.
Regards,

In reply to: [Glossary] Features vs. PriceI’m sorry, I should have been more clear.
Broken links:
I can create a glossary entry and hit Publish successfully.
I can hover over the word in a post/page and both the tooltip and the link are there.
But if I try to open the glossary page, or click a glossary word to go to its page, it says it’s “not found.”I don’t need the glossary, I just want the tooltip, so I’d prefer to just have the “tooltip only” option, but you have made that a Pro option.
Also, I didn’t know that “match case” is a Pro option, too, so that’s even more frustrating. All the other plugins I tried had these options as free.

In reply to: [MailMunch - Grow your Email List] Exit popup not consistentOK thank you. FYI, it looks like the Surface Pro is a touch-based tablet. We’re having trouble on mouse-based computers like laptops and desktops. It may help to try it on a mouse-controlled setup!

In reply to: [MailMunch - Grow your Email List] Exit popup not consistentThis hasn’t been resolved, yet you’ve marked it as such. Are you saying there’s no problem? Popups while ON the scroll bar are not appropriate and our website users have complained to us now.

In reply to: [MailMunch - Grow your Email List] Exit popup not consistentAnd this is with the browser windows maximized – i.e., there’s no space on the right edge of the window to go past the scroll bar and get a correct trigger of the popup.

In reply to: [MailMunch - Grow your Email List] Exit popup not consistentI tried it on Chrome, Firefox, and Edge on 2 different computers. I’d be happy to know that others aren’t having this response, but there’s nothing fancy about how my computers are set up.

In reply to: [MailMunch - Grow your Email List] Exit popup not consistentI’m sorry, but the scroll bar is where people scroll, not where they leave the page. And what we tried to do was use the page like any other person would – load the page, start scrolling down to see more content, and up comes the exit popup unexpectedly. I’ve seen dozens of these but never one that triggers on the scroll bar. Are you saying this is a feature, rather than a bug?

In reply to: [MailMunch - Grow your Email List] Exit popup not consistentAfter playing a bit more, even moving the cursor onto the scroll bar will trigger it. It’s kind of annoying to users that it popups up and says “don’t go!” when they are only trying to scroll down the page.
