Figured it out. It seems that the Photon feature in the WordPress Jetpack plugin conflicts with your plugin and just deactivating the Photon feature in the Jetpack settings resolves the problem. Thanks.
No its not resolved. When I click that option all that shows up is “Tweet Avatar” with a square around it. No actual avatar appears.
