Thanks for the link, but again, nothing’s visible. I’d like to buy the plug-in, but the unavailability is so disconcerting that I’d rather look for a different plug-in.

Ich habe mich intensiv mit den Mails auseinandersetzen müssen.
Denn bei mir stand jetzt an beiden Mails: Die Rücksendung geht an. Ist für beide Mails nicht ganz passend.
Ich habe diese Zeilen noch nie in der Übersetzung verändern müssen, deshalb fiel es mir auf.
Ich dachte, dass hier eine Übersetzung verloren ging.
Deshalb wollte ich darauf aufmerksam machen.
Aber das geht so auch.Ach so: Ich meine die Übersetzungsdatei. Die Überschriften über den Sendungsadressen.
Die strings in der Übersetzungsdatei.
Nicht in den Templates selber.
Ich übersetze mit Loco translate.

ask Astra Support? Forget it. They’re not competent enough for that. They’re not even capable of properly eliminating their own errors. The only thing they’ll tell me is that your plug-in is to blame. Unfortunately, that’s the plug-in manufacturer’s system. Other gateway systems don’t have a problem with Astra. But other gateway plug-ins cause other errors that prevent payment. I installed Perfamtters and completely removed Astra from the checkout. Now it works. Thanks to my checkout plug-in, I don’t need Astra there. I hope this helps others too.Regards

great, thank you very much for the quick reply. The JS error is gone now, and it still doesn’t work. I’m using a plugin for the checkout because the checkout is horribly slow without it. The JS error occurs because the checkout plugin overwrites/blocks Astra. But even without this JS error, the checkout doesn’t work with your plugin. And the checkout crashes again, even without the JS error.
By the way: The js error also exists on my original site, and I have a different Connect Stripe plugin there. Nothing crashes there. Why don’t I want the other plugin? Just today, it successfully prevented a payment due to an expired API key.Regards

Aber mit dem Vorschaufenster braucht man den dann auch nicht mehr.Grüße

I had this problem and some other users too. What helped me, was that I re-established the connection to Stripe using the plugin. There is a message here, that the connection already exists, but I ignored that. Then everything worked perfectly again. I hope this helps.
