    Hi @xue28,

    Thanks for reaching out.

I just found the problem! When checking the fatal error logs, I stubbed on a custom function in the functions.php in the child theme I’m using. I removed this function and now the WC analytics is working fine 🙂

    Hey,

    Okay, thankyou for explaing.

The AJAX strategy is currently set to “Woocommerce Content”, switching that to “Product Archive” doesn’t work. When I set it to Product Archive and select a filter on the shop page, the product don’t get filtered and stay the same.

I setup a dev envoirontment of the shop on https://dev.jagersmaminiaturen.nl/, so you can have a look at what I mean. When you select a filter on the right, the grid of the resulting query gets destroyed and set to 1 per row instead of 4.

    Thanks again.

    Hey there,

The second option “disable the use of the lookup table” worked!
But, doesn’t that need to be turned on for the variable products to be filtered correctly?

Second, I’m also having an issue with my theme and the filter plugin. When I select a filter (for example color white), the product grid gets destroyed and instead of showing a 4×4 grid it shows 1 product in the width en 16 product under it.

    Kind regards,

    Nick
