Indeed, after the latest update I got the same error as Domenik, again.
For us there was no fix for the initially reported error; I had to reinstall.
For this one, luckily, I’ve made a backup prior to updating so I reverted back to the previous version and blocked updates for MailPoet until stable updates are released (I know, not ideal but …).
Hi,
Reinstalling the plugin via FTP using the method described here https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/258-re-installing-updating-the-plugin-via-ftp did not work.

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Unable to reset the pluginOk,
Tired of waiting for some form of response from the plugin team I have decided to go all in and do it the hard way.
1. I have uninstalled the plugin
2. I have deleted all references to the plugin from the wp_options table
delete from wp_options where option_name like '%wc_facebook%'
3. Reinstalled the plugin.The result: https://i.imgur.com/I2kZny5.png
Good luck!

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Unable to reset the pluginHello,
I was wondering if there is a solution to this problem. We are currently stuck with this plugin as we can’t reset it, if we uninstall and reinstall it does not reset it either, updating it to the latest version doesn’t fix the problem. We simply can’t re-create the connection.
Thank you.

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Unable to reset the pluginHello and thank you for your reply.
I didn’t mention explicitly but I do have the Tools plugin installed. Executing the reset doesn’t reset the plugin.
I have also emptied the wp_config entries belonging to Facebook for WooCommerce, uninstalled the plugin completely and reinstalled it, to no avail. Upon reinstalling the plugin, its state is the same as before uninstalling it (does not have the “Get started” button) except it doesn’t have the Facebook account, shop and pixel credentials anymore. It is not reset either.
Is there another way to properly reset it please?
Thank you in advance!

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] How to reset the plugin settingsHello,
I am facing the same issue. I have no wc_facebook_external_merchant_settings_id table and when clicking on the Uninstall link within the Marketing/Facebook page I get “Uninstall unsuccessful. Please try again.”.
The plugin is not connected anymore and it is not reset. When clicking on “Manage Connection” I get a Facebook page saying:
“This Content Isn’t Available Right Now
When this happens, it’s usually because the owner only shared it with a small group of people, changed who can see it or it’s been deleted.”I do not have the “Get Started” button.
Installed Facebook for WooCommerce plugin version: 2.3.0
How can I reset the plugin so I can re-create the connection please?
Thank you in advance!
