Problem solved : uninstall plugin (with all data deleted) et re install it and it works now fine.
There is another thing that doesn’t work and that is perhaps linked with my problem : I can’t display the “email” field in my profile form.
This field is added in back office in my form, but it’s impossible to display it in front office.
I tried to create another profile form to see if Something change with no success.
(and Ultimate member -> Settings -> Account “Allow users to change e-mail” is turned on)- This reply was modified 7 years, 9 months ago by Negaton.

<input disabled="disabled" class="um-button" type="submit" value="Mettre à jour les informations">Thank you for the others answers but is ther an easy way to restore original default form “profile” to see if Something change ?
