Page loads of the front end. All the time (regardless of admin logged in).
php and apache logs are showing no errors.
My host provider was the one who provided the information that the server logs give nothing other than the internal server error. They say the issue is something in the cron URL of the plugin. I have other cron jobs running with no issue (they do very intensive things like retrieving hundreds of URLS and searching for dead links, then updating them).
