I’ve put the short codes on a page for download my data and amend and delete my data, and added a link to the page in my privacy policy, but the link to download my data just throws up this error message?

I’ve deactivated any Jetpack plugin for caching and the plugin that changes the default wordpress sending address. I’m using WP to send any emails.
I have also installed yesterdays GDPR plugin update – still no different!
