Hi Konstantin, Danke, genau das war MEIN Fehler. Ich hatte die Platzhalter fĂŒr “echte” EintrĂ€ge gehalten. Problem 1 gelöst. Allerdings kommen die Reaktionen (Like, Antwort) nicht auf dem Post an. Liegt das schon wieder an mir? đ
No, I cannot see the banner in the browser variants. And neither can my test subjects. Otherwise I wouldn’t have opened the ticket.
In the end, it makes no difference to me whether it’s a problem with the plugin or the configuration: it doesn’t work. Your support insists that Complianz works. I can’t confirm that. After investing hours in tests and various configurations, the issue is closed for me. I am now using a different plugin. And – oh wonder – it works.
The compliance banner does not appear for some colleagues with other Internet service providers either. Neither in Firefox, Chrome nor in Iron. Neither in normal mode nor in incongnito mode. The banner was only displayed in Edge. The banner is also not displayed in Firefox’s safe debug mode. So the Compliance plugin simply seems too insecure to me.
Hello and thanks for the feedback. In which configuration do you see the cookie banner? I am not currently using a caching tool. The location is Germany. Info on the side: In the browser âWEBâ (Gnome project) the banner appears on the first page called up and disappears after confirmation. However, the banner reappears on all subsequently accessed pages but can then no longer be clicked away. The behaviour in the âWEBâ browser is not relevant for the function but may be informative for the analysis.
Thanks for your tip. Unfortunately, it doesn’t really solve the problem. Tested with the browser âWEBâ (gnome project), it is as you described. With less exotic browsers such as FireFox and Chrome, however, clearing/disabling cache and/or minification makes no difference. Secondly, cache and minification are necessary techniques for performance. A GDPR plugin should take this into account.
Another discrepancy is the display of the assistant in the dashboard. Although I have run through the wizard several times, the setup is obviously not completed. At the top 6 remaining tasks are reported, the line below says 4 open tasks. Clicking on âVerbleibende Aufgaben(6)â has no effect (the screen does not change, the 6 tasks are not displayed).

Die Fehlermeldung im Ausgangspost war relativ frisch. Den Cache hatte ich seit dem letzten Update der Plugins mit ziemliche Sicherheit schon mehrfach gelöscht (wegen eines Tests mit AnhÀngen).
