I received the following reply from PayPal Merchant Technical Support: “I inform you that this error happens when you are passing the variable address_override = 1 and the address is introducing the buyer in the form on their website does not have a valid format or is incomplete .
If you do not want your integration prevents buyers will change the address during the checkout process, you can use the variable ‘address_override = 0’ “But I have not changed anything and it worked before. : (
