Thank you again for the help. Sorry to sound like a novice, but how do I get the error log? The only message I get is “http error”. It transpires that larger images over 2mb are the ones with the issue uploading, anything smaller is ok. Please note that the max upload size is set to 128mb. I have increased the wp-config memory limit, as well as various other suggestions.

I have previously been able to add large files but since the last update something has changed.

Hi,
My issue seems to be resolved (for now). It seems that the Photo Gallery plugin was conflicting with a WP Live Chat Support plugin that was installed. I have removed it and Photo Gallery plugin seems to be running much faster.

On the public side the page works great, it’s only when I try to add new images it gets stuck, and therefore, as I’m sure you’ll understand, I don’t really want to give out my login details in public.

I’m still having issues with ordering. I’m trying to create an “Image Browser” alternative page with the same order settings as my main portfolio, with the images being sorted by title. However, the order is always random and doesn’t adhere to the order of the titles a-z. Seems to work with the thumbnails galley, but not the image browser version.

Also, one more thing which would be really helpful; is there any way I can set an option to be able to show more than 20 designs on the add galleries/images page?
Thank you for the detailed reply, it is much appreciated. An ideal solution would be to sort the images by order, but whenever I try to manually change the order, either by entering the number or by dragging each image to the desired location, I apply the selection and the images return to a random state or order. Is there a more effective way of altering the order of the images?
