In Autoptimize I had already excluded /wp-content/plugins/wp-statistics/assets/js/tracker.js.
My problem seemed to be only with WP Super Cache, since you can’t exclude tracker.js there.
But now suddenly the tracking works again with all caching plugins… I don’t know what the reason for that was.
For now, I’ll wait a while and see if the numbers go up again and reach the previous level, since they had always been consistent.
