I have setup to attach PDF when a new order created and invoice number starts showing.
But now after 2 days it stopes again and When I checked
Woo commerce> Status > Logs

It was working fine with the current settings earlier, but as per your suggestion I have changed the setting as you mentioned but it still not working.

Most importantly: Do you have any relevant errors in your
Error log is empty
