Also, thank you for your timely response before, and apologies for the delay in my own. I posted a reply before, but for whatever reason it isn’t showing.
I did try downloading the backup files (5 total) onto my computer. All of them unzipped just fine with the exception of the ‘plugins’ folder, which just made duplicates of itself instead of opening. I received no error messages on my computer. Is that normal, or does it speak to a bigger problem?
I uploaded the files to my site and attempted a restore, but then received the same “error… file sizes different than expected…” message.

Can anyone out there give me some direction as to how to solve this? I’m not a developer, and would love to have a solution to this problem.
It has to do with the specific way certain elements are displayed in the premium theme I’m using. It’s integrated with WooCommerce and I can only make things appear a certain way with it. Some things I’m selling with WooCommerce, some things I am not, but regardless I need to be able to display custom text in that field. If I can do that my problems are solved.
I’m not an experienced developer. How would I go about creating a hook or a filter?
