ok now its working fine but the image is not coming up in the category of products

hello
the hackers have replaced my theme by a php file ,how can delete it ,i have tried to delete it but ,but showing critical file cant be deleted ,i have tried to open it,no luck ,i have also tried to change the file permission,utterly failed,please help me to find a slotion.
