In reply to: [WooCommerce] WooCommerce will not deleteThank you for this step by step info! Step one–no change. Step two — no change. NOT a mu plugin. Going to the file manager and deleting woocommerce folder left overs did the trick! Thank you for your time and patience!!!

In reply to: [WooCommerce Square] WooCommerce will not deletethank you. Yes, all other woocommerce plugins have been deleted and the pages were manually removed. There is one plugin that will NOT delete along with the main woocommerce one. No matter how many times I try, it refuses to go.
The boxes are there but not available for checking. I copied and pasted the screenshot but it is not working. I am sure I did it wrong. Please advise how to share screenshot. Thank you!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Catalog images and shop images are blurry to exasperationYes…..ok, the problem is on smart image resize. I did as you instructed. The art is still fuzzy but the rest look better, so thinking I need to run the force regenerate thumbnails for everything?
oh and I deactivated the smart image resizer, should i reactivate that? or just delete it all together?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Catalog images and shop images are blurry to exasperationThanks, ok I changed to 600 as instructed. I also downloaded the plugin you suggested (and removed the other one). Now, when I go to force regenerate thumbnails, it says:
The following image sizes will be regenerated, all other thumbnails will be deleted:
- thumbnail – 150 x 150
- woocommerce_thumbnail – 200 x 200
- woocommerce_single – 400 x 400 so this is wrong, right???
- woocommerce_gallery_thumbnail – 100 x 100
Ok, I think I did this right…….here is the system status report in pastebin https://pastebin.com/ZfgSFmkr
thanks again!
Ok, well not so perfectly. The images, i found a way to resize, although still not what I want. The problem is they are sooooooooo fuzzy!!! The original images are clear and sharp, but ALL images on the website after using thumbnail regeneration and the woo commerce smart image resize…….they look horrible! As you can click the url below and look at the catalog images…..why are they so fuzzy? and this has also made my artwork products look unprofessional as well.

There is no way to uninstall the smart image resize because that makes the problem 10 times worse where you cannot even make out anything! I just put over 20 art images up and even though they are a good size with great dpi, they come out fuzzy.
I have tried everything but it just gets worse! HELP!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] GLobal Attribute option not showing? You rock! thanks so very much!!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] GLobal Attribute option not showing? With your help, I was able to fix it. You were right, I was doing individual products. I did go to products attributes but did not see a “Global” anywhere, and after reading the instructions you gave me, I realized there was no actual “Global” 🙂 So I was able to get that part fixed. How do I do the same thing for my variables? All 70 images are going to have the same three price points. Right now I am having to do those for each pic along with a description. Is there a way to make that “global” too??
You have been very patient and have given me clarity. I am so so grateful!!!

In reply to: [Ashe] WooCommerce Images in shop TOO BIGThank you so much for your time and assistance. Option #1 worked well and the Regenerate Thumbnails plugin took care of the issue. Thanks again! I am back on track!
oh dear, i found it and it worked perfectly! thank you 🙂
i am not a developer, so this is very difficult, however, i followed your steps, i found the manual set up, i went and got my client id and secret password, i copied and pasted, then i clicked create account……..nothing. Same as before….click payments, paypal STILL says complete set up….. Do i have to use this plug in? is there another that is simpler? I am losing my mind and am so frustrated!! I do thank you for your help, but I am no developer, just a simple girl trying to sell a few digital downloads.
I apologize, I did not see this until now. WHERE would I find thumbnail regeneration? I do not see a WooCommerce > Smart Image Resize? I would appreciate any advice or direction. Thank you.
