Its the Show Tool Bar option but we are now seeing that there is something messing with the site as I can not Update a User without getting an error: Phone Number is Invalid so trying to narrow that down so I can change the setting.

Thanks but that did nothing. I don’t recall changing a setting either but one of the dev’s may have. I can switch to my Administrator account BUT… The Admin Toolbar vanishes on the front end is the issue.

Thank you for the reply. So can you explain what will the profiles look like for each user? I don’t mind writing the code but need to know where I am hooking into. When a User registers and I approve them, what will they see on their profile page? I hope that makes sense. Thanks!

In reply to: “Could not retrieve data”This is BS! I have been using UserPro for years and every single update they release they always have issues. I have expressed to them many many times to make sure they test their updates thoroughly BEFORE releasing and they NEVER do. I have emailed support twice and no response. Does not matter if you download from Envato and FTP the update of update through Dashboard.
The plugin needs to be fixed NOW!
If you ftp and disable all plugins then wait and clear cache then enable all plugins (including UserPro) it will most of time come back and work but it’s only a temporary fix.
They know it’s an issue and should not be a theme related problem as I am using Divi and as I said you can get the site to work by trying what I mentioned above.
Very unhappy and looking at UsersUltra or something else instead of UserPro.
