IF it had taken 1 day to get a response I wouldn’t have posted here. Factually, I have still one “premium” support “ticket”, loaded with details, still not replied to that was dated Feb 26th. Another sent 2 days later, which got a response asking for admin login, 2 days later, then nothing since.

WHEN A CUSTOMER’S SITE IS DOWN and COMPLETELY BROKEN we need better communication, otherwise we have to come looking for help where we know we’ll get it, in: public view. We aren’t talking about a little bothersome bug here, it’s a complete FAIL, that is costing some of us money by the day.

That being said, with this latest update, I appear to be at least back to getting more than titles in posts, the WordAI is still broken and has logged 200K words with no results on my site.

I will aid you in hiding the problems and wait for a reply via the “Premium” support channel (email, lol).

Where is this mysterious “official support Area”? Are you referring to the mail form? Tried that, no love.

but only the posts imported by RSS Post Importer,

    So:

    1) a post is imported by RSS Post importer.
    2) I delete it for whatever reason.
    3) RSS Post Importer run on it’s schedule.

Does it import the post again, since it no longer exists? Or does it keep track of the posts it has previously imported in another way?

My guess is, it looks to see if the post is still there, if it finds it, will skip a new import. If the post is not still there, it wont know that it WAS there and has been removed. So, it imports it again.

If that’s the case, it’s a bad thing.

So you need a way to record posts that have been imported and look at that table or file, rather than looking at the posts table … or maybe look at the status? Not optimal but if it sees the post in the trash, it would know to skip the new import?

I REALLY want to auto publish, but between this re-importing issue and the publish “scheduled” thing, it’s impossible.

The plug-in is off to a good start, but WAY too unfinished to justify the monthly cost. I’m afraid I’ll have to uninstall prior to the 30 days if these issues aren’t resolved.

    I hope they are.
