Ahh I did not understand that about the USPS shipping method. It was confusing when I weighed and purchased a label at the post office and it came out cheaper. I thought “Commercial Rates” would get me similar rates to those actually offered at a postal kiosk.

I don’t see anything in “WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping → WooCommerce Shipping” that allows for anything but choosing information about label purchasing. (See screenshot.)

Here is a screenshot of the item I am trying to get a lower rate for:

I’ve measured and weighed, and it only returns “Ground Advantage” rates, never “First-Class Mail” rates. It also returns “Media Mail” rates, however, they are also ghastly expensive. (See screenshot.)

(This particular item does qualify for Media Mail rates.)
