Fortunately, I was able to run ‘/wp-admin/export.php’and’/wp-admin/plugins.php. Maybe I have an easy fix.
I have the same problem. My non-responsive web designer block the tools and plug-ins on Dashboard. Could anyone help to bring the tools and plug-ins back?
