I have chosen ‘select my own demo files’ (giving the url of the demo file), but have not ticked ‘Load directly the own demo files without preprocessing’

I have deactivated the LiteSpeed Cache plugin, did a hard refresh of the shop page… and the problem still persists.
Any ideas?

It’s Version 1.7.3
Just done a plugin conflict check (sorry – should have done this first) and it was Simple Social Buttons (Version 6.2.0 | By WPBrigade) that was breaking the page.

In reply to: [Music Player for WooCommerce] PHP versionAh… Okay – seems that when I first installed the plugin I needed to have a separate free version alongside the paid version (or perhaps I should have deleted the free version – I’m not sure).
Anyway, I’ve deleted the older version (see below) and reactivated the newer – all is now fine.

Perfect – thanks, all working now!
I seemed to have solved the problem by selecting the Request Method (on the plugin settings page) to cURL.
Not sure if this will work for others, but it maybe a start…

Thanks for getting back to me on this. The permissions for the uploads/wcmp folder are set at 600. I’ve tried changing it to 755 but it keeps reverting to 600… I’ll see if I can sort this with the hosting company…- This reply was modified 6 years, 1 month ago by ollyw.

I see that the licence key section is empty, so have just (re?)registered with the website: https://www.cusrev.com/
… and have entered a free key.
Hopefully this will fix it…
