i cleaned up the errorlog file but after i have added the above 2 queries i can experience errors, also i want to clarify something that i’m using Multisite with 3 subsites Failed to request via WordPress: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 15002 milliseconds with 0 bytes received [server] https://node117.quic.cloud [service] img_optm Failed to request via WordPress: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 15001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received [server] https://node119.quic.cloud [service] img_optm Failed to request via WordPress: cURL error 28: SSL connection timeout [server] https://api.quic.cloud [service] d/nodes Cloud Error: Please try after 13s for service d/nodes.

after adding the above recommended line in Themes Functions.php these errors appears in the error.log

How can i contact Litespeed support?? and from where i can get the report number as i have checked the toolbox and there is only system information in Report.

@madtownlems Thanks for your reply, however can you advise how to copy the same theme of the primary site to be the same in the subsite

I already fixed the issue yesterday by removing the plugin using Filezilla and the website is working now, but the main issue I’m facing is that each time I install the plugin and start the setup it takes too much time and crash the website and the server
