I have sent the requested files to the email address provided. Thank you
Hi, thanks again for your reply. Yes, you understood correctly: I exported the data to a CSV file, but fortunately, I also have a full backup of the blog dated April 9th. Here is the situation: on April 10th, I downloaded the backup from the 9th and then restored the site to the April 6th backup (I was forced to do this due to a technical issue).
Because of this, I have the statistics up until the 6th, and they resume from the 10th, but I have a gap for the 7th, 8th, and 9th. I would like to take the statistics I have through the 9th and replace the ones currently in Koko, merging them with the data from the 10th onwards. Is this possible? Could you help me with this? Thanks.
Marco
Thank you for the fast reply. Which file type should I use? I have a series of CSV files exported from Koko Analytics but they don’t seem useful, or I could try to find a different file within a full database backup. However, I’m not sure what to look for or how to find it, as I am not very experienced with this.
Hi,
In addition, I want to clarify that the problem arose when I made changes to the Rank Math plugin. Since Google was notifying me that not all of my pages were being indexed, I proceeded to activate the “index” flag within the Rank Math plugin to improve indexing. From that moment on, everything disappeared.
