this is what i get in the console:
When i select any of the “Conditional logic” items nothing happens.
The “Memebers” and “Capabilities” tabs are now working though.Thank you for your work on this matter. The “Memebers” and “Capabilities” tabs are now working, but still no luck with Conditional logic. Same goes for both websites even after disabling all other plugins.
I’ve just tested with my other one-page site (artemchuk.ml) with WordPress 4.6.1 and still nothing. The site had 5 plugins running and even after disabling them all Restrict User Access is not working.
Didn’t try them all, but tried those that theoretically could have caused the problem. No luck.

those that might have caused as i see it are wprocket cache and Content copy protection. But disabling them changes nothing…The same for me. Safari/Chrome, osX/iOS Conditional logic dropdown and Members, Capabilities tabs not working.
For example pressing Members tab changes the address from /wp-admin/post.php?post=1591&action=edit to /wp-admin/post.php?post=1591&action=edit#top#rua-members and nothing else happens.
