Thank you for your reply. Should the notification landing page be a regular page that I create, and does it need to include any shortcode? As I understand it, when the client clicks the received link, the appointment is cancelled automatically, correct? Or will they need to confirm anything on that page?

We are using this shipping plugin: https://lt.ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/multiparcels-shipping-for-woocommerce/
In this plugin, there are shipping options for our area. Choose between courier and parcel.
This means that if a client wants to use Apple Pay or Google Pay, they can only do so with the courier option because it allows them to enter an address, whereas the parcel option does not. Correct? Because parcels has automatic addresses, and thats why we need that to appear in apple or google pay for a client.
