Sorry I’m not explaining myself properly.

My client has got mediavine pop-ups appearing in the footer and they stated we couldn’t have conflicting code in the footer or the mediavine pop-ups wouldn’t work. What we’d like it for the privacy pop-up to appear at the top of the page not the footer and for the code to be in the head. I have activated a consent to go in the head and it is not appearing at all. Please advise as the owner does want to have this consent appear.

Thank you very much.

I have enabled the option “add global site tracking method (gtag.js)” from the settings of the plugin, but I can’t work out from your instructions above if I need to delete the old tracking script as well? Can you confirm as it still doesn’t seem to be working.

I’m confident it doesn’t have anything to do with the theme because it was working 2 weeks ago and that theme has been running for over 6 months with no issues.
