Maybe there is a way to fully reinstall the plugin?
I’ve tried deleting and .olding it from FTP.

I can now verify after deactivating all plugins that they are not the issue. When you click on the recover password link in the email it brings you back to the site and has an empty page and load very strange.
This is very frustrating. Willing to pay for someone to fix this.
+ Reinstalled the profile builder as well, it is the most recent version.
+ Disabled all plugins, still same result
