In reply to: [Participants Database] Maximum Upload Size, Importing CSV file for DatabaseAhh, okay thank you. I was able to upload files better when I split my files more, down to roughly 70kb.

In reply to: [Participants Database] Cannot view search results pass page 1Found the issue and it is fixable. The problem was some kind of incompatibility with another plugin, WordPress Download Manager. I do not know how to check what specifically was causing the issue, i.e. some kind of php/coding error or what, but disabling this plugin and Participants Database works fine.
Now we are in the process of looking for another download manager plugin.
Thank you for your assistance.

In reply to: [Participants Database] Cannot view search results pass page 1Hi,
After trying to work with our WordPress host, still unable to resolve issue. They were unable to determine the problem, basically said to try clear cache or restore from backup. Which I have done with no success. For the time being, I will try to troubleshoot and resolve this time permitting.
Thank you for your help with this.

In reply to: [Participants Database] Cannot view search results pass page 1Hi,
Sorry for the long delay. “Enable AJAX Search Functionality” is unchecked. I don’t believe we’ve had it checked before. Problem still persists. Thanks

In reply to: [Participants Database] Cannot view search results pass page 1Hi,
Sorry, I’ve actually made myself confused now. The situation is this:
I Deactivated and Removed the Participants Database plugin. Cleared the cache as a precaution.I Installed and activated the plugin again. Reapplied my configuration. Imported some data.
Page is using shortcode, pdb_list search=true sort=true display_count=true.
WITHOUT entering anything into the Search field, I was able to browse through data fine. I could move from one page to another.
THEN I entered in something into the Search field. First page displayed fine. Went to click on a different page and encountered error.
I do not know if it is how I am uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin but it issue only appears when I enter something into the Search field and try to browse to another page.
Hope this clarifies things more.
Thanks

In reply to: [Participants Database] Cannot view search results pass page 1Right now, since it is working, pdb_list sort=true display_count=true.
What wasn’t working without the Combo Multi Search add-on, pdb_list search=true sort=true display_count=true suppress=true
With the add-on, pdb_list template=multisearch-responsive sort=true display_count=true suppress=true
Thanks

In reply to: [Participants Database] Cannot view search results pass page 1Apologies. A searching problem it seems. I deactivated the add-on and added in the shortcode, search=true. I was able to search and display data fine. Tried going to the second page of results and I received the same error.
Removed shortcode for searching and again, can browse to other pages fine.

In reply to: [Participants Database] Cannot view search results pass page 1Hi there. Sorry for the delay. I have tried clearing the cache. No resolution. I did try uninstalling and reinstalling the main plugin and the add-on Combo Multi Search.
Here it got a little weird. It appeared as though the re-install resolved the issue but then I’d be unable to go to second page. But if I deactivate the add-on, Combo Multi Search, no issue. The add-on is on v. 1.21
Hi,
I didn’t have a chance to update. Before your most recent posting, I actually did just that, made a CSS selector with .pdb-list section and it worked like a charm. I was able to format search results how I wanted it.
Thank you for your help!
Thanks
Hi,
Okay, I can check and try this out.
Is it also possible to set within the pdb-list.list-container, formatting of the section tags’ display property? I initially tried display: inline-block for one section ID and it worked okay. But I would need a way to do this for all section IDs.
Thanks

In reply to: [Participants Database] Search function doesn’t display beyond Page 1So far working fine now. It does appear that the problem of going past page 1 resolved with the PHP sessions mentioned above.
Searching and sorting working perfectly fine now

In reply to: [Participants Database] Search function doesn’t display beyond Page 1Okay, I was able to resolve the problem. So, instead of having this checked in the Advanced Settings,Use PHP Sessions, I unchecked it. It is now working fine. I am able to search and proceed past page 1 and to other pages.
Thank you for your help and assistance with this issue!
Thanks
