We inform you that Packlink PRO is the manager of the data, while Packlink PRO’s customer is the one that handles the data.

Packlink PRO’s customer signs a contract that establishes how Packlink PRO collects and uses the personal data of Packlink PRO’s consumers. This regulation is contained in the privacy statement available on the Packlink PRO web page: https://pro.packlink.de/datenschutz/ and it is accepted by the customers when creating an account on Packlink PRO.

Between Packlink PRO’s customers and the respective final customers, another contract must be signed. The need of a contract between Packlink PRO’s customers and their respective final customers is absolutely mandatory, however, it is in the Packlink PRO’s customer obligation to prepare one and not a Packlink PRO duty. This agreement establishes that the customer of Packlink PRO purchases a transport service with a courier – for example, DPD – through Packlink PRO web page, to provide a service to his end customer. On this contract, there must be indicated how the customer of Packlink PRO collects and uses the data of its own buyers.

This agreement has to be prepared directly by the Packlink PRO’s customers and not by Packlink PRO.

Packlink PRO is responsible to respect the Privacy legislation by offering his customers a contract that guarantees the correct management of their personal data. This agreement is established on the privacy policy that the customer Packlink PRO accepts when creating an account with Packlink.
