En Settings de tu woocommerce en la pestania general puedes configurar como aplicar el IVA en el carrito. Comprueba antes si en la pestaña impuesto tienes algun impuesto configurado.

We can try to switch the response time from 5 seg to 1 min.

Is your module in mantenance mode?
If it the case please turn off the mantenance mode.
Check also if you setup properly the default adress and default parcel in centimeters and kg.

Podemos aumentar el tiempo de respuesta de 5 segundos a 1 minuto. Esto deberia resolver el problema d sobre carga.
