Ah I got it!
The problem was, that I was the admin and I was logged in with my own personal account when I placed the testorder.
I tried to log off and to buy again. It worked! So there is no problem …the problem was me 😉

no i can’t confirm. Even if I click on the subscribtion ID you can’t find a name there. It is just not there 😉

I attached an image so you can see what i meant.
As you can see there appears no customer name in my braintree gateway.
I made a normal testorder an put in all my details into woocommerce checkout. Can you help me to solve this issue? what could be the problem?
