the version that you gave me is in version 1.2.20 and the current one is in version 1.2.23. are you sure that this will not break anything ? should i do it via the “upload new plugin ” from wordpress or only from ftp ?- This reply was modified 1 year ago by panostz.
@ravisoniets Yes you tried few times to reply but you are always referring into debug mode version which i do not have. please do what @moderator says and then properly assist me on this topic. thas not seem very professional.

it’s been 40 days since your last reply. if you are not willing to support the plugin just let us know because thats truly unacceptable. the ticket is open for 6 moths and still waiting for response.Indeed the issue was coming from ELEX WooCommerce Name Your Price plugin. I disabled it and used another one to do my work… Its working like a charm now.

let’s have an example https://emiscupcakes.com/product/wonderwoman/?attribute_pa_flavour=chocolate-cake-with-chocolate-strawberry-jam-buttercream&attribute_pa_servings=20-25if you select the flavour and servings it will give you a price. When you add some candles it shows the final price but when you add it to cart it shows only the cake price without the price of candles.

The zip is deleted by the admin so i dont have it. also as i said The zip you sent was on version 1.2.20 and my current version is 1.2.22 so I am not sure if its correct to install it like that cause it might break my website and my users. If you can sent the zip again but also update the version at lease to 1.2.22 so it does not break anything.Hello @ravisoniets @vanbom

On checkout i get only the product price without the extras price.
ThanksI just saw that this is happening only on Variable products. The simple products work as expected.

Unfortunately the issue still persists and I have it with all my users so it’s not a random scenario.
It seems that once the payment fails first time but it success on the second try, even tho on PMP the user gets his role it’s not reflected on discord. We got more than 200 members and its imposible to check them all. The Connect and reconnect its also a thing that undermines our product and we cannot ask our users to do such thing. Could you please have a look and make an update on the code?

I will let my users know about the disconnect/connect but this is hurting our reputation since we want everything to be automatic. It seems that Discord Plugin does not have a hook on retry payments to check if payment was successful. Also it does not seem to see that changes on PMP user member role when its changing.
Can you have a look?
